There can be a lot of mysticism and perceived shoulds around meditation, and without the guidance of a teacher, it can be difficult to get started and maintain a routine on your own. . In the upcoming workshop we’ll explore the patterns of consciousness and subconsciousness, ...tools to quiet your mind, how to disengage from your thoughts, brainwave travel, and the tricks to dropping down quickly into places of ease and less stress. .
