In Loving Memory of Roger Cupples You Will Forever Be In Our Hearts and Souls Dear Yoga Noho Students, Our dear friend and devoted yogi, Roger Cupples passed away this past weekend. He was every part of the Yoga Noho Community. He always arrived with a smile on his face, and a kind word of encouragement for other students. He had a heart that always shined bright, and a heart that gave with endless love. May he rest in peace, ... Blessings from the Yoga Noho Family Here is a bit of his story in his own words: "Anyone who knows me from my over 1,000 classes, knows this has been a transformation. Beautiful, blissful, energizing,healing, and all things good. I arrived at Yoga Noho with a nearly dead body after nearly 10 years of not dealing with injuries caused by a car crash in 1995. My doctor told me my meds were not working, my muscles had atrophied and I was to prepare to die. I was on 14 pills, 3 times a day. And it kept increasing with terrible side effects. It was horrible. I commited to, and was determined to heal myself. It took at least a year to wean off all the chemicals. After a spiritual awakening, I was guided to yoga.I surrendered to the practice. I started and never stopped for 36 months. It WAS and STILL IS a fantastic journey of finding my body-and freeing my body from the hell it was in. Mostly Spirit I Am." Namaste.
