Workshop Announcement Week 2 Saturday 01/23/21 This seven week workshop series is via Zoom. Instructors are Lorraine Shenefield and Nicole Flores. Each class will be held on a Saturday from 9:30am - 11am starting January 16, 2021. A meditation will be offered to close each session. The Yoga Center got a brick on the Teachers and Friends Honor Wall at Fresno State. Apparently it’s the Yoga Center’s 50 year anniversary.

This is Margie with The Yoga Center of Fresno. We want to answer some frequently asked questions today. We have moved our live sessions away from Facebook and over to Zoom. If you would like me to send you a Zoom link, please send your email address to Margie Medina (that’s me). You can continue to use the recorded Facebook Live sessions by clicking on the link within our group page. Currently, as of 09/07/2020, we are offering Monday Morning sessions at 9:30am with Kathryn ...and Tuesday Evening sessions me, Lorraine, Nicole Flores and Kathryn. These are the only two sessions we currently offer. We will make an announcement if we are able to add more sessions in the future. Can you help us by letting us know in the comments which evening would work best for your schedule (in case we can add sessions)? Above all, please stay safe.
