Two chances to join us today for Yoga at Apotheque! 10am with Mary for Rejuvenate & Relax Yoga and 5pm with Sandra for Sunset Flow.

Yoga Schedule Update: Join Sandra this morning at 10 a.m. for Rejuvenate & Relax Yoga!! The 5 p.m. Sunset Flow class is cancelled this evening. Sandra will also be teaching Saturday at 9:30 a.m. - join us for Yoga at Apotheque :)

Join us for a slow flow, candlelight class set to groovy music then spend time making new friends over a complimentary glass of wine!! All evening classes will ...be candlelit.
