In just one month I will be teaching yoga at Tree of Life for Healthy Birthing and Parenting on Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 starting Sept 15. Woot!

Sacramento Yogis and Yoginis, I will be in Sacramento August 14, 2013 and will be teaching at The Yoga Practice 7:00-8:30.
