Happy #formfriday YoFiT Today we’re going to break down a few variations you can use for your #chatarunga! We know that every day is different, so feel free to test out some of these different variations when you see fit ... The three most common variations are to start and stay in a high plank position while lowering your elbows to 90 degrees, dropping on to your knees but keeping the integrity of your plank position, or skipping out on the lowering aspect and remaining in a high plank throughout entire the transition in order to strengthen your core!
