In YES Company tradition, we spend time each summer celebrating our seniors. While we can’t celebrate this summer’s seniors from the stage, we’re happy to feature each of them here! Help us celebrate YES Company senior William Harris. William just recently graduated from Pitman High School, and will likely be attending BYU-Idaho after his church mission. Williams favorite show he has done was when he played Bruce Bogtrotter in Matilda the Musical with Pitman High School at th...e end of 2019. Though I haven't done a show with YES before, the atmosphere I felt during auditions was powerful. Just in that few hour block, I could totally tell how inclusive of a company YES is. It's really inspiring how many positive experiences I had with people I didn't even know, and it totally was clear it would have been such an awesome, inclusive experience. See more

Tomorrow (Wednesday, May 13) four F-15C fighter jets with the California Air National Guard will fly over parts of California in a tribute to health care worker...s, first responders, and others on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. The fighter jets with the guard’s 144th Fighter Wing based in Fresno will take off at 10 a.m. and fly over Modesto sometime around 10:20 a.m. Thank You to our California Air National Guard for your support of our front-line first responders. #CalGuard

Hello YES Company, We hope you and your families have continued to stay safe and healthy. We’re connecting today with an update for YES Company this summer. Over the past several weeks we have been planning and strategizing with the hopes that we would still be able to work as a company in some fashion. After a meeting with our local leadership, including Stanislaus County CEO Jody Hayes and Stanislaus County Health Officer Dr. V., the decision has been made to keep the Gal...lo Center closed through at least October 31, 2020. This includes the cancellation of all performances and programs. We are deeply saddened to share this news with you today and while there are still many unknowns right now, we do know one thing our performing arts community is resilient and the show will go on again! We are incredibly proud of the work our students have already put into our 2020 season through the audition process and even learning how to take costume measurements. We thank you for your continued commitment to YES Company and we greatly look forward to the day we can gather as a company once again. Again, thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to navigate this reality. Email confirmations will be sent once refunds are issued. Tickets For those individuals that have purchased tickets you have several options: Exchange the tickets for a credit or a gift certificate, which can be used at any time. Get a refund for the value of the tickets; Give the tickets back to the Gallo Center and receive a tax deduction for the ticket value. Exchange the tickets for a Friends of the Center membership as a gift for a family member or friend. To choose one of these options, please fill out an online form by going to https://www.galloarts.org/EventChange/. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask the ticket office questions you may have. While the Gallo Center remains closed, our ticket office staff is working behind the scenes and will receive the form. You can expect a response within 2-3 business days.

YES Company is celebrating World Health Day and we’d like to thank all off the people in the medical field, giving us the knowledge, comfort and hope that we need right now. Don't forget to take a step back and invest in your own physical and mental wellbeing. The simple practice of proper handwashing is key to remaining safe. Also have an alcohol-based hand rub (hand sanitizer) within reach as you visit banks, markets, supermarkets etc, to protect you till you can wash your hands. Practice hand hygiene as religiously as possible and educate others.
