"And now that the Divine Plan for the Southern states is given to you, the Misses Helen and Mary Hotchkiss will come forward to unveil the same, so that we may all look upon the Great Charter of Spiritual Freedom". Mary Hotchkiss (number 5) later married Edward Bode and they pioneered to several counties, but first they helped form the first Local Assembly in Beverly Hills in 1940.

August 1959. With Steve Pulley, Libby Bevan, Margaret Naismith, Charlotte Laux, Carol Pulley, Margaret Bates, Hilda Pulley, Augusta Wexham, Azamat Janti, Charles Friday Pulley and Lisa Janti . Baha'i Friends gathered in Beverly Hills.
