I made homemade pita bread for gyros using our Gyro in a Link sausage. It was FANtastic! You can find our lamb sausage at Woodlands Meats in Woodlands Market in Kentfield and Woodlands Market in Tiburon.

Our sausages are going on sale starting Wednesday Feb 3rd thru Feb 16th. Check at your local market for all of our 5 flavors. Great for Super Bowl and that special Valentines Day meal. Kali orexi!
