Market news July secondary home sales jumped 24.7% from June to 5.86 million, the highest monthly rate since 2006, according to the National Association of Realtors! Sales are up 8.7% since July 2019, a good sign. The average price of secondary housing for all types in July was $304,100, which is 8.5% higher than in July 2019 ($ 280,400)....
