Our latest creation for the chilling winter, 10 types (minimum) of organic vegetable from our own garden stewed with caper (can be altered with your direction) sauce, and 6 oz of fresh salmon fillet cubes (can be replaced with 3 oz of salmon fillet cubes, 2 oz of tilapia fillet cubes, and 3 pieces of peeled jumble shrimps). Served piping hot next to steamed white rice. Best served with a glass of house Chardonnay wine (Napa) or chilled water. Soda not recommended for this dish.
