We've hit a snag in the production line of our Miso Ramen: our vendor was unable to source us some key ingredients required (3x different types of miso are used to make our Miso Ramen) and instead sent us substitutes. So we 're going back to the drawing board to experiment with these ingredients to verify their viability for our needs. This means that Miso Ramen will be delayed for some time and might not happen this... week after all. But! I am optimistic that Chef will figure something out and I will keep y'all posted. So thanks in advance for your patience. Here's what we have today: - Limited amount of Double spicy tuna tartare donburi available (special) - Very limited amount of Shio Ramen remaining (for on-premises dining only) And, according to today's assessment on the Yolo County COVID-19 Dashboard, Yolo County is still in the Red Zone: this means we can continue with 25% indoor dining, so we're preparing to have Yakitori again this weekend. Well, the weather has finally cooled down, so Miso Ramen is coming back soon, possibly by the end of the week! But, to make room for the Miso Ramen, we've have to phase out the newer Shio Ramen (my personal favorite). To that effect, we have about 11x orders of Shio Ramen available. Once that's gone, we can start the process of reintroducing Miso Ramen (again, it's probably going to take a few days as we need to make all three kinds of Miso and prep the other ingredients).
