I spent yesterday morning meeting future voters and building bridges between campuses, community and commerce. I participated in the Milpitas High School Digita...l Business Academy resume workshop. The MUSD Superintendent Cary Matsuoka, President of the Milpitas Chamber of Commerce Liz Ainsworth and a dozen or so community minded business men and women conducted mock interviews for the students as they presented their resumes. We have some amazing students at Milpitas High School! Great job by all. 5 days left until election day and counting. #ivote4chrisnorwood @bettermilpitasschools, #thefutureisnow, See more

Over the past 12 years I've learned so much about our education system. It is time for me to share this information by giving back to the city and community which gave me so much.
Congratulations to the students who have graduated or been promoted! Keep your mind sharp this summer and give us a call today! http://www.xcelinmath.com/aboutus/math_help_form.html
Parent tip for your student #14: A common problem for children is keeping them focused when doing schoolwork. A tutor can easily recognize when your child’s attention span is wavering and can take a minute or two discussing something else or grabbing a quick glass of water which will get the student back on track quickly. http://www.xcelinmath.com/aboutus/math_help_form.html
Here is the solution to Friday's squares problem. The answer is 11 squares total. Well done to those who got it right and thank you everyone for participating!
Can you guess how many squares are in the picture? Leave your answer in the comment space!
We've all been there...
Parent tip for your student #13: By junior year in high school, begin researching colleges and try to plan out campus tours. Avoid spring or summer breaks for visits to ensure you get the most out of the trip. It’s never too early to start planning for the future! http://www.xcelinmath.com/aboutus/math_help_form.html
