#FertilityFactThursday The Infertility Journey can be extremely stressful. Many talk about the emotional rollercoaster that is infertility and pregnancy loss. It is important to be proactive about support. There are several options available to patients: their partner, friends / family who know about their journey, a therapist or counselor who may serve as an objective and supportive voice, and RESOLVE. There are local chapters across the country and here in the Central California we have our own local chapter, that was started in February of this year, by patients for patients. These are all women who have experienced or are experiencing infertility / pregnancy loss, and who want to reach out to each other. We are excited to announce that the Central California Walk of Hope has gone Virtual! We had planned to do the Walk in person back in April, but COVID had other plans. So, if you have already registered for the Walk, you will be receiving an email this week with updated information. You will have just under 4 weeks to complete your Walk, recording your time, and including pictures if you like. We are also still putting together Walk shirts for all registrants to commemorate t...his very special event. On Sat 10/17, all participants are invited to join a Virtual Brunch from 9-10am to celebrate this First Ever Central California Walk of Hope, spreading Fertility awareness and support something we are passionate about here at WSFC!
