Hello San Jose We Rockers, This is WRTS Corporate speaking. I hope you all are doing well today. Unfortunately, we do not yet have a set date on when the gym will be reopening. We still intend on reopening this location; however, there are many moving parts involved with reopening including new owners, the landlord, previous owners, etc. We are working diligently on reopening this location which has become a safe haven for many of you. All outstanding Open Play visits will re...main active once the gym reopens; however, if you would like to receive a refund, please email [email protected] with your name and your child's name so that we can begin the refund process on your purchase. We Rockers, This is Dina Kimmel, the Ceo and Founder of We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym for All kids. For those of you that would not like to wait until the gym re-opens under new ownership and would like a refund for any memberships you have purchased, please reach out to [email protected]. It is completely erroneous that a few of you are posting that we did not inform the public. We did a mass newsletter to the whole database the moment we found out this location wa...s abandoned to inform you all. We were/are in just as much shock as you all and are doing everything we can to open back up this safe haven for you. I am a Mommy and a Special Needs Mommy and know what this gym means to the community. You can also see that facebook also informed the public last month about the gym being temporarily closed. Lastly, we were also told by the previous owner, that all camps were refunded. We see this is obviously not the case and are here at Corporate to hold the integrity of our brand and either refund your monies or keep a credit on your account for when the gym re-opens. We Rockers, we have just had communication with the landlord. He said that he will be giving us "possession" of the location and we will be able to finally service the community! Please stay in touch by watching for a facebook announcement for the re-opening date, we are trying desperately to secure a new owner. Thank you ALL so much for your patience.
