Hi first years and transfer students! We hope you all are making it okay through your first week of college finals. This is a quick reminder that we would love for you to submit your work to essay (the Writing Center’s yearly journal.) The deadline to submit is this Saturday: essay, the Pomona College Writing Center’s yearly journal, is accepting submissions for first-year work! Our theme this year will be labors of love. In that spirit, we’d like you to submit a piece of wri...ting that was a labor of love for you, along with a reflection of 100-250 words on what the process of writing your piece was like and how it was a labor of love. Submissions will close at 11:59 PM Pacific time on Saturday, December 5th. Please email both [email protected] and [email protected] with any questions or concerns! The submission form, as well as more description of the prompt and the background of essay, can be found here: [https://forms.gle/PdUo2Q5RBgCRLZ8t9](https://forms.gle/PdUo2Q5RBgCRLZ8t9). We look forward to reading your writing!
