Ready for some Halloween-themed learning? Use your pumpkin to learn about senses! Ask your child, what does the pumpkin feel like? Smell like? Sound like? Their answers may surprise you!

Need a weekend activity? Music offers a change of pace. Pull out an instrument (or just pots and pans!) and take the opportunity to express feelings, release tension and have fun with vocabulary and nonsense words. #parenting #COVIDparenting

For an easy and fun Halloween activity, turn a paper plate into a pumpkin! Use paint or crayons to make it orange, name the shapes as you draw the face, and get creative with sensory add ons like glitter and googly eyes.

Join WPNS for a fun-filled, at-home digital learning program filled with guided activities geared towards ages 3-6. Each week is a different theme; complete with your own busy bag!

This #GivingTuesday, help us provide quality, play-based early childhood education to the West LA and Inglewood communities. WPNS is not only a preschool, but a launchpad for imaginations. Where else can kids become friends with a tortoise? WPNS is a non-profit cooperative preschool that focuses on teaching children conflict resolution, empathy, and problem-solving skills. We also provide parent education and enrichment classes to the broader community where we’re based. Our safari friends(TPK) want to help those in need this winter. We are collecting coats for one warm coat, and need your help! Simply go through your closet and come by our school and donate your gently used coats. Your help makes a difference! We are collecting through 2/19.
