BUFFALO.....WINGS! Grilled, of course. And must be @franksredhot wing sauce. Hands down the best wing sauce ever. We seasoned up some wings with our Smokin' Chipotle and let them marinate for about an hour. ... Then we fired up the bbq and grilled them over super hot coals...you want to almost burn them and crisp them up nice and crispy! Stay at the grill, turning them every minute or so until well charred and crispy. Toss them in a bowl with a generous dose of Frank's then throw them back on the grill, cooking for a couple more minutes. Then toss them back in the bowl, add more Frank's and a couple big pinches of Smokin' Chipotle... All you have to do next is go find the nearest Buffalo Wing competition and start collecting 1st Place Trophies! How about a little Bluefin Poke for a Sunday treat? We took about 1 pound of freshly caught bluefin (my buddy went fishing) and diced it into 1/2" cubes. Before we didn't that we cooked 1 cup rice then added freshly squeezed lime juice and 1 tsp of our Smokin' Chipotle. ... The poke sauce was made from some coconut aminos, sesame oil, green onion, garlic, dried thai chili, honey, garlic and a little more Smokin' Chipotle. Stacked it all up with rice, avocado, poke, some micro greens and jalapeño! Poke Sauce: 6 TBSP coconut aminos (or soy sauce) 1 TBSP toasted sesame oil 1 tsp Mirin 1 tsp honey 1 green onion, diced 1 clive garlic, diced 1 small Thai chili, diced 1 tsp Smokin' Chipotle @ San Diego, California

100% natural tots! If you loved potatoes as much as we love potatoes then you will absolutely love this fantastic little snack idea. Buy tater-tot sized baby potatoes, rinse with water, drizzle with a little olive oil (or you can just wash and season without oil like we did), sprinkle with whatever seasoning blend of ours you want (we used French Made Easy), roast at 425 for 35 minutes or so. So we have a recipe on our website that is called "Game Day Pasta Salad" (www.worldseasnings.com/recipes/game-day-pasta-salad/) - it is a favorite of everyone but it is pasta and we know a lot of you out there can't do gluten. Sure, you can us GF pasta but it just isn't that good because most GF pastas pretty much...well, are bad after they have been cooked then allowed to cool. So, this is our gift to all of you that simply don't want to eat any pasta at all. It is a caulif...lower rice version instead. To our surprise, it is absolutely fantastic! RECIPE: 1 bag if cauliflower rice (we got our @traderjoes) 1 red bell pepper, diced small 2 large carrots, peeled, diced small 2 celery stalks, diced small 1 large cucumber, seeds removed, diced small 1 bunch fresh dill, stems removed, diced (about 1/2 cup) 1/4-1/2 cup olive oil (your choice if not consuming a lot of oil) juice of 1 large lemon 3 tablespoons if rice wine vinegar from @nakanoflavors (hands down the best) 2-3 tablespoons of French Made Easy, Go Greek, Smokin' Chipotle* or Mediterranean Magic (all 4 are awesome in this recipe) Chop all ingredients then combine thdm all in a large bowl. Give it a taste and add a bit more seasoning if so inclined. You can enjoy it right away, but it is better if you let it chill for a few hours! *If you are using Smokin' Chipotle substitute the dill with cilantro and the lemon with lime. Sprouted Mung Bean Salad....with Curry in a Hurry! This is one of my new favorite recipes. The flavors are absolutely amazing. Fresh, al dente crunch, with lime and coconut milk. Perfect any time you are hungry. Recipe: 1 cup mung bean, soaked 4 hours or more, then rinsed and place in a strainer, covered for about 8 hours until they have sprouted. 2 TBSP Curry in a Hurry ... 6 TBSP coconut milk 2 TBSP fresh lime juice 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 green onion, chopped 1 red bell pepper, diced small 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced small Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the sprouted mung beans and 1 TBSP of Curry in a Hurry in the water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Check them around 8 minutes, you want them to al dente and not mushy. Prep the rest of the ingredients and add to a large bowl. Add the coconut milk, lime and last tablespoon of Curry in a Hurry, then mix well. When the mung beans are cooked inse them under cold water to stop the cooking, then add them to the bowl. Mix well and give it a taste. Add a pinch more seasonings if you want. * You can also add tomatoes, carrots, celery, or whatever veggies you'd like. Sprouted Mung Bean Salad...with Mediterranean Magic! Fresh, light, full of flavor and all kinds of nutritional goodness! Recipe:... - 1 cup mung beans, soaked for 4+ hours. Keep them in a strainer over a bowl overnight and they will be sprouted by morning. Then cook them in enough water to cover the beans by an inch. Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes or until they are al-dente. Don't over cook them! - 1 carrot, diced small - 2 green onions, diced small (can use regular or red onions if you don't have green onions - about 1/2 cup) - 1 cup cucumber, diced small - handful of Italian parsley, chopped - 1 red/yellow/orange or green bell pepper, diced small - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced small - 1.5 TBSP rice vinegar - 1/4 cup or so olive oil - juice from 1 lemon - 2 TBSP Mediterranean Magic Combine all ingredients, mix well, give it taste and add a pinch or two more of Mediterranean Magic if so inclined. If you can hold off from eating right away (good luck with that) it will be even better after resting for 1 hour in your fridge. If you don't have our Mediterranean Magic you can also use our French Made Easy, Italiano Pronto, or Go Greek. One of our favorite ways of using Smokin' Chipotle is with wild-caught salmon and real maple syrup...not all that fake Aunt Jemima and Mrs Butterworth stuff out there. We took the salmon and made tostadas on some crispy casava flour tortilla. We topped them with a little guacamole, cabbage, cilantro cream sauce, jalapeños, tomatoes, freshly squeezed lime and hot sauce! Recipe for the salmon:... 2-4 filets of salmon 2-4 tsp of maple syrup (1 tsp per filet) 2-4 pinches of Smokin' Chipotle Rub the maple syrup on the fish then sprinkle Smokin' Chipotle on top to cover it all. Add more if you want more kick and heat. Place on a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, then broil in your oven, or toaster oven, directly under the heat on the top rack. Set timer for 5 minutes for medium rare. 7 minutes for well done. Keep an eye on it though - depending on the thickness of your filets it could cook really quick or take a bit longer. Once cooked, remove the skin and break the salmon into smaller pieces.
