As COVID19 has shown us, any one can go from being employed and having food, a roof over your head and transportation to having NOTHING. Its a reality we all face and I am so proud of Glen Curado and ...Councilmember Herb J. Wesson, Jr. for their efforts to address this critical issue.Even if you don't understand Spanish have a look at our newest team member: The World Harvest Home Food Truck. Yep, we bought a used refrigerated Beer truck and retrofitted to serve the needs of an ambitious and loving Food Bank. The truck holds up top 35,000 pounds of cargo food and made its maiden voyage last week. Hundreds of our brothers and sisters were brought to tears, moved to hysterical laughter when our truck rolled in. Enough.
