A very big thank you to our great customer Westrock for having us cater their Christmas luncheon. Roasted Turkey, Glazed Ham, Buttery Mashed Potatoes, Gourmet Mac & Cheese and I used my mom's recipe for her famous Stuffing. We also served appetizers and dessert. Big thanks to one of our good customers Westrock for having us cater the appreciation lunch for both shifts today. 310 happy employees enjoyed our Boneless Bbq chicken, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans and a dinner roll on the side. We also provided strawberry lemonade and some amazing cupcakes for dessert.
