Due to Amazon changing its policy regarding FBA Inventory Performance Index (IPI), we are seeing triples the amount of order being submitted through our system. Before this policy, a customer would ask for 90 cartons to be shipped out 1 time with us doing 1 pick, but our customers are now submitting 3 work orders throughout the week at different time for 30 cartons each time. This is causing us to work on 3x the orders vs 1x order. As Amazon changes its policy, we are can...not quickly hire and increase our force 3x so we are also facing delay. To help the current customers with FBA Inventory Performance Index (IPI) 1) We will not accept any warehouse service only until November 9th. 2) We will not be accepting any new customers freight forwarding service before ETD October 12th from foreign country into our warehouse. As we are trying to hire and train additional staff, we ask that you be understanding and patients as we face this challenge together. Understand when Amazon changes its policy, we are in the front line in facing this problem.

SHORTAGE OF PALLETS. Currently, we are facing storage of pallets due to storage of wood. This is a state wide problem and a company problem. This means we will be delay in unloading containers as there are no pallets to put them on for storage and also LTL shipment to your suppliers or Amazon FBA that need pallets which we don't have. The solutions 1) Use UPS/SPD to Amazon or our customers as there is no pallet being use. Understand there is also delay with UPS, USPS an...d FEDEX. 2) Be patient as the supply of pallets return back to normal. At this time, Worldcraft Logistics will stop accepting all cargo that requires our warehouse service only. We understand that everyone needs warehouse space but also we need to service the clients that use our freight forwarding service first. -Current customers with freight forwarding and warehouse, we hear your voice, so we are going to support you during this time by stopping all other incoming shipment. -Customers that use us for warehouse only, we are sorry that we c...annot accept your shipment during this time, but please feel free to check back in October in case you do not hear from us before this time. The solutions below have been put in place since March 2020 / since the start of COVID19 in the US. 1) Our 8 hours shift is now 18 hours shift. Double the shift to improve the in and out process. 2) We have hired more staff as fast as we can to process orders efficiently and we are actively hiring. 3) We are looking for a 2nd warehouse to help everyone, but at this time there is no warehouse available that best fit us. As soon we find a warehouse, we will start accepting shipments again. The only warehouse we found that is available is November 1st, 2020. While this solution will not help everyone but only 50% of the customer, it is the best solution that we can come up with to help the current customers. We will keep everyone updated as we continuously look for a better solution during this crisis to help everyone.

In the last 6 months with covid19, the logistics supply chain is slowly deteriorating. Air price increased by 4x to 5x with people not travel so there is not enough flight. As we enter Q4, the ocean carriers have been increasing on average 400% to their ocean freight since March, 2020. September 1st, 2020, we will see a $1000~ increase per ocean container but it doesn't mean you will get space with a higher price. Please ship early this year as price will keep on going up with storage of space.

URGENT: Shortage of container chassis at the port of Long Beach, CA / Los Angeles, CA Due to the surge of shipment to the port, the carriers are facing an extreme storage of chassis. What does that mean to my shipment?... 1) Driver can show up to pick up the container and get turned around because there is no chassis to put the container on. 2) You might face dryrun when this happen. Paying extra. 3) No chassis ultimately means shipment pick up is going to be delay. What is the solution? There is currently no solution to this as the carriers are the supplier for the chassis. Our only other solution is using the chassis of empty containers to pick up the loaded one but that is a 1:1 trade of chassis. We ask that you be patient during this time. Thank you very much.

Due to covid-19 and the slow down of the global economy, the carriers have reduced and using smaller vessel to cut operation cost. Their action have drove up demand for space and pricing. This is the most increase we have faced in the last 10+ years. The pricing increase is not the worst but the shortage of space. The air freight industry faced this 3 weeks ago with price going up 3x and now it is the ocean freight. We recommend that you pre-book but get your good moved as soon possible because price will go up and space is only going to get worst as we enter 4th quarter. We are not perfect. No family is perfect but at the end of the day, we work well together and always improving. Through Trade War, we are winning and through this Covid-19, we will win again, not as an individual but as a team and family. Our company trip 2019.
