After 6 years at the park here, most of you know that we will be leaving at the end of the month. We are ready and looking forward to the next chapter in our lives. Your new managers will be around soon and I know you will like therm. Rick will be available to doing handyman work here in the park along with Joe. You might even see him working on Downey's houses from time to time. Make sure you say Hi.

I know that some of you are concerned about the air and sand in the water lines here in the park. That is what it is. The water has been taken to 3 different testing companies by the health dept. and it is absolutely safe. If anyone doesn't have drinking water because their filters on their faucets might be plugged, there is bottled water for your use in the clubhouse. Because of the holiday weekend, the well company can't get out here until Wednesday at the earliest. Sorry for the inconvenience. Rick and Celia
