Don’t suffer alone is some powerful language. My first pregnancy was also my first miscarriage. I didn’t personally know anyone who had a miscarriage at that time. As soon as I shared my sadness and grief, I quickly learned of the community of women (friends and family members) that had experienced a miscarriage.
