If your HVAC system has a failure to the variable speed blower, make sure the tech has the right testing tools. I am hearing/seeing a lot of miss diagnostics due to lack of having the RIGHT test equipment. This can cost YOU, the homeowner, extra money due to a techs lack of preparation.

Fall Special - City of Roseville is offering up to $400 rebate on whole house fans. New quiet cool fans are NO louder then your heater or air conditioner. I recently installed one of these systems. The home owner reported to me their house dropped SIX degrees in SIX minutes of operation. These new systems are not like the stereotypical whole house fans.
