Registration for the 2019 EBB program will be open October 9 through November 13, 2018. Every applicant for the 2019 program must be approved by FEMA. Applicants will be notified in early 2019 about acceptance into the program. Beginning with the 2019 EBB program, homeowners hiring a contractor must pick one from the EBB Contractor Directory. If you haven’t completed the free FEMA training required to be included on the Directory, we encourage you to do so soon....
