This beautiful little puppy's name is Shelby She came in for her first ever puppy cut and did soooooo good! We took everything nice and slow with little breaks for lots of love to assure a positive experience. We only did some light trimming around her eyes, feet and potty areas after her bath/brush out. It's always ideal to start off with a light clean up for the puppy cut if possible. That way they get a nice gradual introduction to the process and don't get too overwhelmed! That first impression of the groom will set the tone for grooming for the rest of their life. Her first spaw day was definitely a major success

This handsome little fella's name is Odie It's so funny to see his personality flip between 'Odie getting groomed' and 'Odie after the groom'! He is super chill and also little nervous during the groom but before/after the groom he goes right back to being a wild man I'm glad he doesn't hold any animosity toward me for grooming him haha because he is super fun to spend time with!

Say hello to the beautiful Ms. Mia Mia is a bit of a nervous nelly for her groom but has made sooo much progress since her first visit with me! I do things a bit different than most groomers and do each dogs groom straight through. This significantly reduces the amount of time they are at the salon and provides me the opportunity to give each dog the individual attention/TLC they deserve. This is especially helpful for dogs, like Mia, that tend to get stressed but I beleive all dogs can benefit from that one on one attention!

This beautiful pup's name is Holly! She is quite the rambunctious little lady! Surprisingly, for how energetic she is, she is pretty calm for the whole grooming process. She gets a little wiggly when I'm working on her front legs/paws and in the bath but that's about it! That calmness doesn't last though As soon as I set her down she goes right back to being a fun little ball of energy, I love it

This gentle giant's name is Franco! He used to be way more nervous for the groom but over time has gotten so much more comfortable! Time before last he fell asleep while I was brushing him out and this last visit he even jumped up in the tub for me I used to have to get another person help me get him in the tub because he would pancake when I would try to lift him

This cutie won the lottery with his parents! They bring him in every two weeks for a nail buffing! Parker has long quicks, which is very common with pugs, and his nails curl in toward his pads as they get longer! Even if we aren't able to trim a significant amount of length off each visit the quick will still gradually recede until we are able to get them to a healthy length! You guys can always help your fur babies at home as well by letting them run/walk on harder surfaces such as concrete to help grind the nails naturally in between nail trims
