Today is a day meant to be filled with wonderment & gratitude. The energies are shifting rapidly & drastically & while the outside world, mainly the media & those who control it, are doing everything they can to keep as many as possible in a place of fear & chaos, today & all the days throughout next month, remember to switch off the outside noise & allow yourself to sit in GRATITUDE. If you find yourself in a place where that hum of anxiety begins to vibrate STOP. BREATHE.... RETURN TO YOUR HEART CENTER & STEP INTO A PLACE OF GRATITUDE & WITH IT COMES APPRECIATION & SURRENDER. Please know that 80% of your fellow Americans are aware & stepping into this alignment - whether it be consciously or only energetically - it is happening. Have you noticed how easy it's been of late to find your energetic tribe? Like-minded people are gravitating towards each other, we need one another, reach for these people when you need them. Take time each day to sit in the quiet with your Heart, this is where you will remember your mission. I love you.

DEVOTION Devotion is not only about prayer to a higher-power. Having a devotional practice to yourself will serve you in a way that also helps others evolve and expand by simply living in your truth. There is no magic potion. It’s really as simple as choosing alignment. Spirit has been calling me to listen to instrumental music. It's communication without speaking. It doesn’t clutter your mind with other people’s words. It’s been a catalyst into automatic writing. It’s... easy to relax into it, allowing the frequency exchange to work through your body in whatever way it needs toning. When you allow your conscious mind to step aside, the intuitive & divine realignment & recalibration happens as it needs to. The harmonies attuning your heart chakras leave you open for healing. Message from my Pleiadian Guide: You‘re already doing it. Keep choosing love. Keep choosing the higher timelines. Keep visualizing & holding the vibration of the world in which you wish to live. I go between sharing hard 3D truths & the light of the 5D consciousness. I sometimes wonder if it makes the people reading my posts feel like it's a bit too polarizing. My Sag Sun & Enneagram 8 have me wanting to share all the TRUTHS & my Cap Rising with all my Scorpio energy has me taking all those truthbombs & bridging them with the higher-dimensional realms, learning how to navigate them & come out on top. It’s all about balance, and I don’t HAVE to be one or the other. I... can be both. I can be more one than the other at any given time & I can change my mind as I go. So can all of you babes. Oftentimes I’m in the everyone makes their own choices AND we don’t have to agree AND that doesn’t make either one of us right AND to each their own AND that’s totally cool, I honor you by seeing that you are on your own path to awakening narrative... And sometimes I’m more in the space where I just wanna grab folks and scream, FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS HOLY, PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES!!! And then there is that part of me that will for sure be like I FUCKING TOLD YOU!!! I can acknowledge all of these feelings, and also give myself some for doing the healing work I needed for myself to learn how to come into a place of neutrality, a space of just sitting in what is - learning how to be the observer & non-reactive. That’s a big freaking deal & took a lot of work & let me tell you, this way of BEING, well it’s a freaking game changer. And I’m here for it.

Everything Coo-Coo’s 2 sticks butter 2 cups flour 1 t baking soda... 1 t coarse sea salt 1 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 2 t vanilla cup butterscotch chips cup semi-sweet chocolate mini chips cup chopped pecans cup oats 1. Melt butter over med heat, then bring to boil. Once butter starts boiling, swirl the pan constantly until the butter passes the foamy phase and becomes a deep amber color. Remove from heat and cool slightly. 2. Preheat oven to 350 & line baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Set aside. 4. In small bowl mix brown sugar, eggs & vanilla, then slowly whisk in melted butter until incorporated. 5. Stir in butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, oats and pecans. 6. Using cookie scoop, drop dough 2’’ apart on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. 7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. 8. If desired, sprinkle the tops with a pinch of sea salt before transferring to wire rack. Today seems like a great day for a vocabulary review

7 SIGNS YOU ARE CLAIRAUDIENT 1. You hear voices when no one is around, perhaps even whispers in your ear when there is no one near you, music when the radio isn’t on, & maybe it’s as simple as hearing ringing in your ears. 2. You are easily irritated by loud noises, music, lots of people talking all at once; being in a busy environment is generally overwhelming for you & can be incredibly exhausting. You love music, or are a natural when it comes to composing, or even picking up and playing instruments is really easy for you. People who are musically inclined tend to have the sound just come to them when they’re daydreaming, or even when actually sleeping. Do you ever wake up with the lyrics to a song in your head? Take note of those & see how they may carry some significance for something going on in your present life. 5. You often overhear other people’s thoughts, you may just seem to hear what they were thinking - perhaps you answer a question before they have even asked. 6. You’re an auditory learner - you tend to understand things so much better when they are explained to you in an auditory manner. 7. You can hear emotions or thoughts - just by listening to someone speak, you can know how they are feeling, what they are thinking, & maybe even just know things about them. Clairaudience - is clear hearing - the ability to hear sounds, voices, messages that exist beyond the reach of the ordinary hearing sense. Meaning you can hear communications from the energetic or spiritual realm. I’ve got an experience that just randomly popped into my head as I was typing this post so that def means Spirit wants me to share it. We have this place in our sleep, just before we are consciously awake, where we are in between worlds - partly in the dream/...spirit realm & partly in the physical realm. One morning just before coming into consciousness, I could hear music. It sounded like I was in a Saloon, I could hear someone playing the piano, tons of conversation & laughter, boots & chairs scooting across the wooden floor, full mugs of beer being plopped onto the bar & clinked together in cheersand like I’ve shared before, the way I receive information doesn’t come in just one form, or one clair..the info comes in pieces of each. What I believe was happening was that on my spirit’s way back to my body from the dream/spirit realm, I passed through a psychic imprint - it's an energetic stamp of something that happened in that physical space at another point in time. So it wasn’t like I was having a past-life flashback (although that is completely possible) it felt more like I was just passing through & picking up on the energy there - like remote viewing. And as my spirit reintegrated with my physical body & I woke up, I thought that my alarm clock had been going off & the music I was hearing was from the radio. It wasn’t until I was awake that I realized the event that had just happened. Our conscious minds & physical bodies often have to play catch-up to our energetic & spiritual ones. So this particular experience first started with Clairaudience - hearing the music - then Clairvoyance - seeing the Saloon - and then realizing that my energetic body was astral traveling back into my physical body & I was intuitively picking up on the energetic imprint from another point in time that exists on the physical space that my old house is on. All this stuff is such a trip, literally and figuratively, and it's freaking amazing!

And then it happens One day you wake up and you’re in this place...a place where everything feels right. Your heart is calm. Your soul is lit. Your thoughts are positive. Your vision is clear. You are at peace. ... Peace with where you’ve been. Peace with what you’ve been through. Peace with where you’re going. This space is where you’ve found your true self, your sovereignty, and your ability to see through the bullshit swirling around you. You know that your truth is not going to be everyone else's truth and that is fine. Because in this place, you know that every human on this planet is on their own path and while your paths may cross, you will never be on the same exact journey as any other. In this place, you know that your truth is what sets you free. Releasing all fear frees you from your captive state. In this place you embody freedom, sovereignty, truth, & peace. You embody YOU. 7 SIGNS YOU ARE CLAIRCOGNIZANT 1. You frequently have deja vu - when you get that feeling that something has happened before or seems really familiar. Perhaps it's like a scene playing over in your mind that you can swear you’ve seen before. 2. You just seem to know how to do things, even if you’ve never attempted them before. You pick up new skills quickly & just seem to be a natural at so many things, especially writing. ... 3. You have flashes of intuition & insight - bouts of creativity on the regular, or having specific knowings on things like knowing when someone is pregnant, or getting a new job or finding their perfect home..& then the not too distant future proves you were right. 4. People seek guidance from you as you often give great advice. You are quite the Empath & know how to hold space for others. You have a surprising amount of insight to the problems of others & are able to tell them just what they need to hear. You are great at analyzing & using critical/logical thinking. 5. You are solution-oriented, sometimes your solutions just come out of the blue. You may even be thinking on a problem - continue on with your day & then all of a sudden the solution pops into your mind while you’re daydreaming or doing some monotonous task, or maybe you even wake up with the answers to your problems. 6. When you know something is going to happen before it does - like you want to avoid your normal way home from work but don’t necessarily know why, & later you find out there was a terrible accident. CLAIRCOGNIZANCE - CLEAR KNOWING The sense of knowing things, like what someone is gonna say before they say it, or know who is on the phone before answering it. And IMO, the best part about being Claircognizant is the ability to call people out on their bullshit!! You can’t explain how or why you know things, it's like the information just pours straight into your head, not knowing where it came from. Many people who are Claircognizant receive downloads from their Spirit G...uides, Angel Team, Ascended Masters, you name it. It's like when in prayer & you receive answers from God/Source. When you first become aware of these extra senses, the knowing & hearing may sound like your own voice - which can be hard to differentiate between what is divine guidance & what is your own thoughts - which can also be one in the same. This is where we get to practice discernment, the ego mind can leave us feeling righteous indignation, can feel loud, masculine, busy & egotistical.
