Finally got the official approval from the City to start the massive transformation of an existing 2,500 sf ranch-style home to a 6,000 sf Spanish-style home. Stay tuned for progress pics and updates.

And with a blink of an eye, the house has been torn down to the studs that will remain for the new house.
