WE VOTED! Being involved in making our community better comes in many different shapes and forms. When it comes to building a better #PointLoma and #SanDiego, we make sure to vote for the things that matter to us, to you, and to all our neighbors. Besides, some of us just rock stickers better than others.

Congratulations to our friends, who spent their one-year anniversary with us on our outdoor patio the other night. We may be biased, but we think The spun is a pretty great place to enjoy a beautiful evening with your loved ones.

Napa Valley has a very special place in our heart. Now our hearts go out to all the people, businesses and communities impacted by the fires in this beautiful part of California. We’re thinking of you. If anyone knows of any good relief funds, please share below.

Let’s do something that makes a difference, together. Here’s a note from The Wine Pub Owner Sandy: Join us to do something in support of Black Lives Matter. My friend Dan Johnson is one of a handful of Black winemakers and the owner of Okapi Wines. So I bought some of his delicious wines!... I wanted to do something to help our local community too, so we will donate all of the net proceeds to Community Actors Theatre, a nonprofit and all volunteer theatrical troupe. CAT is the only minority-owned and operates theatre in San Diego. Our server Jesse nominated this group, and I think it’s a perfect fit! So please order your Okapi wine and join us. Cheers!

Meet our friend Dan, owner of @okapiwines. He is one of a handful of Black winemakers and we’re announcing a new effort to support him, his winery and our local community. The Wine Pub is now carrying Okapi Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley for $13/glass, $54/bottle, and donating all of the net proceeds from these amazing wines to San Diego’s Community Actors Theatre (CAT) a non-profit, all volunteer theatrical troupe, and the only minority-owned and operated theatre venue in SD.
