Here’s Gina of Blue Table giving you the wine of the week with some tasting notes and pairings to boot! Klee is a delicious and earthy ruby red wine from the Willamette Valley in Oregon which is well known for it’s Pinot Noir and home to more than 500 wineries. Come taste what we’ve found for you here at BT! With two sommeliers on staff and Gina having spent many years abroad in Italy there’s always many choices that you won’t necessarily readily find locally. So, come in and give us a chance to wow your palette!

The NEW blackened salmon is delicious!! Normally offered with marinated onions and fresh sliced jalapeños on top to give just the right amount of kick with a slightly tart finish to even it out and served on a bed of cilantro rice. There are a few nice pairings as well! Just ask your server:) See you soon!

Another delicious dish from our dinner menu is the Gambas al Ajillio. Spanish style tiger shrimp in a garlic, spice sauce paired with bread. Come give it a try tonight!

Tonight’s Special!!! Fresh Ahi in a tamarind lemon ponzu sauce, with sliced Fresno peppers to make each bite just the right amount of spice. Served with furikake wonton crisps. And... It’s absolutely refreshing and ahimazing!!

This is not your normal celery salad! It’s got just the right flavors of sour & sweet. Tossed in lemon & oil, mixed with dates and finished with Parm & Almonds, it’s light and delicious! On the dinner menu now:)

Dinner is now served 6 nights a week! Here’s the Roasted Spicy Cilantro Chicken served with substituted Garlic Roasted Potatoes with Comté Cheese:) And it’s sooooo good! See you soon
