Happy Wednesday! Since @brasseriecantillonofficiel Zwanze Day was canceled this year due to Covid we thought we would have a Windsor Homebrew Supply Zwanze Day! We have 48 bottles divided between both shops. I did the math and that comes out to 24 bottles for each shop. 1 bottle of Cantillon per customer. No holds. No exceptions! Please read below for details Zenne y Frontera is blend of lambics finished in 40 year old Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez barrels. We have blend 5 and 6 and these will be offered as a set only. You will receive a bottle of each blend and two glasses. The set is $150. We have a limited amount of se...ts at each shop. They are based on first come and no holds. We were saving these to be enjoyed for on premise at our tasting room in Anaheim but at this point I don’t know when we will be able to do that. And honestly we have a lot of bills to pay and mouths to feed! Please only purchase the set to enjoy. I would encourage you not to flip these on the secondary. Obviously I can’t monitor or control these things. It is just a special beer and I want you to enjoy it! . We also have a very small amount of 2017 harvest of Framboos. A special raspberry blend. 750ml bottle is $60 . Last year getting to visit, be a part of a brew day, listen to Armand tell the history of the brewery and village, digging through the cellar ect was a really special day for me. These are all super highly rated. They are limited, they are pricey but you are worth it. We also have singles of all if you want to taste the rainbow. Both shops!

This mixed fermentation saison, built on a grist of California malted barley, wild rice, and wheat, was heavily hopped with Motueka, open fermented, and aged in oak barrels for 23 months before conditioning on black limes. The resulting beer layers notes of bright key lime and jasmine with burnt sugar syrup and a distinctive, earthy funk for a crisp, yet complex experience.
