Your continued patronage of our shop and other local businesses means a lot to our community. We have been hard at work adjusting to the new state of the economy and the evolving retail environment. Like many retail businesses across the country, we have had to change the way we do ...business and make a few hard decisions regarding Winchester Western Saddlery. OUR LOCATION: We have sadly decided to put our search for a new location ON HOLD. With so much economic uncertainty, it just does not make sense to make a long-term commitment on a costly retail space. In response, we have built a shop on our property up in Mountain Center, near Idyllwild CA, where we can assist customers with a personalized, safe shopping experience (by phone, text/PM, e-mail or in person). OUR WEBSITE: We have rerouted the www.winchesterwestern.com from our eBay store to our new website! Our eBay store is still open for business, however, our website will carry several brands that we will not be selling on eBay, among them include 5 Star Saddle Pads and Myler Bits. We write to you today to announce Kensington Protective Products will be closed until further notice. At 11:30 pm PST on April 28th, 2020 firefighters were alerted of heavy fire and smoke at our factory in Pomona, CA. While, thankfully, the factory had no overnight staff and there were no injuries, our building sustained heavy damage from the fire. The cause is still under investigation.
