Sourdough bread made with their 26 year old starter. The sides include roasted cauliflower, shallots, olive oil, lemon, chili flakes and pistachio sourdough bread crumbs. Lettuce from our garden with reggiano, aioli vinaigrette, sourdough bread crumbs. We finish off with milk chocolate chip cookie...s. They Will be offering their favorite Nebbiolo that they like to drink with pizza. Mayor Eric Garcetti and the City of Los Angeles are partnering with Ritual and PayPal to launch Open For Business -- a collaboration to help small businesses across L.A. move to contactless transactions, implement touchless payments, and increase their online orders. Ritual’s Ritual ONE product offers restaurants, food and beverage businesses, and other businesses interested in providing takeout, pickup, dine-in, and/or delivery the ability to have an online order portal (on ...an existing website or not), drive online sales in their websites, develop branded menus, grow customer loyalty, integrate ordering to their social media channels, participate in automated marketing programs, and benefit from QR codes that link to online menus and allows for contactless customer engagement. In addition, with Ritual, businesses can use their own staff to make deliveries or use delivery platforms that require flat fees that are paid directly by consumers and not by businesses. With COVID-19 remaining a threat to L.A.’s economy and communities, this strategic partnership will help local small businesses maximize their profits leading up to the holidays and keep their doors open while ensuring their employees and customers are healthy and safe. Through this effort, Ritual will provide their services to City of Los Angeles businesses at no cost through the end of the year. This includes waiving set-up, monthly subscription, and credit card processing fees. Businesses are able to opt out at any time without penalty. Additionally, starting Monday, November 2nd, PayPal is contributing $1 million to support restaurants by offering customers who order from Ritual restaurants and check out with Paypal or Venmo a discount while reimbursing restaurants the full price of the order. To further assist businesses with the most need for assistance, this partnership will be extending the free monthly subscription to 250 Los Angeles City Businesses.
