It's been an especially difficult few months for everyone, fans, but we're very pleased to be back doing what we do best! Our great team is here for all your dental needs. We've made some COVID related changes to the way we do things to ensure your safety and ours. Wishing you all a speedy recovery from the shutdown and ever-brighter tomorrows!

Greetings fans! Today the California Dental Association, our state’s component of the American Dental Association, put out the following statement: The California Dental Association strongly recommends that dentists practicing in California voluntarily suspend nonessential or non-urgent dental care for the next 14 days. As always, it is expected that dentists will continue to be available as needed for emergency care and services. We have decided that it is in the best inte...rest of our team, our patients, and our community to voluntarily suspend providing routine dental care (including cleanings) until March 30. This is a constantly changing situation and we will keep you posted on our operations. We will work diligently to reschedule your appointments to ensure that your needs are met. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time! If you should develop dental pain, oral/facial swelling or difficulty chewing during this time, please call our office as we will be available to address your needs.

Greetings Chico Earthlings! We come in peace but aspire to Best of Chico domination in the category of Dentistry! Take a moment and tell Chico that you think we are OUT OF THIS WORLD!

We saw this misleadingly-titled article pop up today on a widely read news website, fans, and thought we'd put in our two cents: The author makes a couple good points about the importance of ethics and trust in dentistry, about which we agree completely. If you, the patient, don't feel 100% comfortable with a proposed treatment you should ALWAYS ask for clarification and NEVER hesitate to get a second (or third or fourth) opinion. Ultimately the decision of whether to do ...treatment is yours alone. This is YOUR dental health (and money, and time) we're talking about! That said, the author reveals throughout the piece a personal skepticism about and poor grasp of the practice of dentistry in America today. He provides a single account of extreme wrongdoing in dental practice without sharing examples of the much more common (in our minds at least) ethical, well-intentioned, and science-based practice. Here at Willow Creek Dentistry, we work every day to earn and keep your trust in us. We value to opportunity to help educate our patients first and foremost, so that they can make good decisions for their own health.

Take a look at this all star team, fans! It’s like the 1985 Chicago Bears, the 1998 Yankees, the and 2015 Golden State Warriors all rolled into one! We’re very grateful for these wonderful people.

Say what you will about Dr Mike Muff’s form, fans...the guy knows how to bowl a strike. As in one strike...all night. That’s several fewer than each of our magnificent team members but what he lacks in bowling skills he makes up for with dental excellence!
