So this guy right here has been a big fan of Mike for the past decade and has tried everything since his homebrew days. Everytime he asked to be able to buy a keg of it and last night we were able to sale him our first commercial mead batch. Citrus Kick! It's Orange Blossom Honey with Dried Orange Peel and rounded out with cacao nibs. However the orange peel kicked the heck outta the cacao nibs so you don't really get chocolate flavor, but it smoothed out the sharp citrus f...lavour. It comes in just shy of 14%. It should be on tap soon, plus Enzo's has great BBQ and a great tap list! See more
