Have you heard the news! Wild Thyme Deli & Café has opened in Salinas next to Zeph's One Stop! Our hours for this weekend are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We will be open on Monday with our regular hours 6:30 am to 8:00 pm. Stop by for breakfast, lunch or a sweet treat. Hope to see you soon! Cheers!

Wild Thyme Deli & Café started out as a dream for Terry N. Teplitzky in July 2002 and that dream has flourished over the last 16 years! Words can't express how much we have appreciated the support that Marina Chamber of Commerce and our customers have given us over the years. Remember that this is not a farewell but a "See you in Salinas" City of Salinas we are excited to be welcomed by the community and are thrilled for the future. Alexander Graham Bell said it best "When one door closes another door opens." Cheers!

With great regret, we are sorry to inform you that Wild Thyme Deli & Cafe Marina will be closing. The last day of service will be June 29, 2018. We have been in Marina for 16 years and have thoroughly enjoyed serving you, our loyal patrons. We will be moving to 1366 S. Main St. in Salinas, next to Zeph’s One Stop, doors will open mid-July or so. We are very excited for this opportunity and look forward to meeting our new neighbors! We will have an expanded menu; full-service... breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as expanded hours. Wild Thyme Deli & Cafe Marina will become our main kitchen and distribution for Boardwalk Sub Shop Monterey, Boardwalk Sub Shop Salinas and both Wild Thyme and Michael’s Catering. Again, we are happy and proud to have served the city of Marina and surrounding areas for the past 16 years. We thank you and hope to see you in Salinas!
