If you are a guest of ours, please read this awesome information and when I get the green light I will be reaching out to you by phone for further information Our new normal after we open Know you were missed terribly and your stylists is grateful for your return.... Know safety measures were created for all involved. Know the importance of coming alone, extra people in a salon compromises everyone. Know your stylist/nailtech cannot physically work 16 hour days 7 days a week, rest is essential for all.. Know your initial services will take more time. Know that coming in sick isn't an option Know that walk-ins will not be an option for some salons- call the salon before you leave home. Know that rescheduling hundreds of clients will take time... Know that your stylist/ nail tech is thrilled to see you but doesn't want or need a hug, your presence is the best hug ever. Know that your health is the biggest concern. Know that your stylist/ nail tech may choose to open at a later date than the state your in has allowed, being respectful of that decision takes an unimaginable load off his/ her brain and heart. Know your stylist/ nail tech has already lost thousands of and has no desire to replace it with a ventilator for either of you, be patient. Know that if your health is already high risk, you need to wait, your health is more important.. Know that a 'soft opening ' will be anything but soft. Know that your opinion of the entire situation won't change laws and rules necessary for everyone's safety are, keep the conversation to hair and how we can make you beautiful Know that while trying to connect with your stylist/ nail tech there are hundreds of others attempting the same thing, responses will be slow coming as your stylist is preparing everything and answering everyone simultaneously Know, above all else, no one is more excited about your arrival than your stylist/ nail tech - help make it the best appointment ever!!! Good morning clients. We are in the process of figuring out our soft opening. We have a larger salon so it is taking some time in organizing how to open and follow all the proper guidelines. If you have appointments I’m sorry to say I will not be following those. I will be working as fast as I can to get everyone’s needs meet as soon as I get the green light. Please be patient with me as there are so many of you and only one of me. I miss all of you and can’t wait to get back to normal. When I know more I’ll reach out to each of you. Hope everyone is hanging in there. I know how important your nails are but at this time I will not be making/taking any appointments till we have a better understanding of when we will open. Hopefully this info will help with how to maintain your nails as my phone is blowing up with my clients and people who are not my clients. RMOVAL: Acrylic with a gel top coat most of you will have (obviously not my clients I don’t do acrylic) file off all the shine. Clip excess off soak ...a cotton ball in 100% acetone place on nail wrap in foil. Let sit for 10 mins plus. Scrape off gooey and repeat till all off. Hard Gel You will have to get a mean looking file like 150 or 100 grit is better and file away till gone. Do not try and soak it will NOT touch it!!!! Please be very careful as to not hurt your natural nail! Gel polish Use a file gently remove the top coat. Soak a cotton ball then place on nail bed. Wrap with foil. Wait 10 to 15 minutes. Gently scrape product off. Please be careful to not get to aggressive as u will damage your natural nail. I hope this helps you guys and I can not wait to see all of you once this is over. Please remember pure acetone is a chemical. Be careful as this is just to help if you really can’t wait for your nail lady. I am not responsible for what you choose lol

Clients: I will be there for all of your scheduled appointments. If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please let me know in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full anticipated rate of the service. If you show up for your appointment with cold symptoms, you will be sent home and charged for the full anticipated service as well. I don’t have vacation time or sick time. If I’m sick, I can’t work. Thank you for you cooperation and understanding.
