Get all your barrel-aged bottle needs fulfilled here at Wild Barrel! Featuring our Black Elderberry Barrel Aged Sour... Based on a beer our blender Preston had previously made, this was one of the first barrels of sour that we laid down in December of 2017. It has dark rich dried fruit notes reminiscent of a dried fruit rollup, sweet dark grape skins and tart blackberry jam and soft leather notes. It has a tart finish that leaves a prolonged fruit note on your palate. Drink now we did the aging for you. Store and serve at 40 degrees F. and allow it to warm in your glass to discover all the nuances.
