We further believe that while it is important to take care of vulnerable members of our community, the legality of the unilateral allocation is uncertain and must be confirmed by the California Supreme Court. Any further comment by any named plaintiff in the lawsuit does not speak for all Republicans in our Assembly district, nor members of our Central Committee, and should be construed only in an individual capacity.
