As some of you know, Princess has eye allergies and is irritated easily by flies. The see-through material of the fly mask protects her eyes very similar to the way we use sunglasses! It’s time for another Olympic #tbt! 21 years ago, at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, David O’Connor riding Custom Made won the individual Olympic gold medal for ...U.S. Eventing. There have only been two riders in the history of U.S. Eventing to earn this great victory - David O’Connor in 2000 and Tad Coffin in 1976. Custom Made also known as ‘Tailor’ and O’Connor had an incredible partnership together. They won the Kentucky Three-Day Event in 1995, they finished fifth individually at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, they won Badminton in 1997, and they took home the individual gold medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
