I was reading in success magazine an article by David Bach and he g...ave some very good ideas when it comes to our money and keeping it. Sharing some of them. 1. Always spend less than you make 2. Pay yourself first 3. Don’t budget, instead automate your financial life 4. Be an investor not a borrower 5. Buy a home don’t rent 6. Never loan money to friends or family (my thought is you can just give them money if they need your help and if they pay you back we’ll you are ahead ) 7. Never invest in things you don’t understand 8. Invest for the long-term 9. Don’t work at guessing the market 10. Never bet the farm 11. Once you become rich stay rich 12. Give back (i’ve always been taught to give a minimum of 10% 13. Never give up 14.
