Wanted pizza tonight but it's too hot to turn on the oven. Instead random assortment of what I had in the fridge: recently picked Italian frying peppers, pan roasted cauliflower with garlic, jalapeño, cherry tomatoes and basil... and @fattedcalf merguez sausage, which is by far the best I've had, and so addictive! Perfect Sunday/summer dinner.
