Happy Monday! I've been searching for something interesting to post and finally found something. One of our dealers brought these in and we're trying to figure out exactly what they are. Horse related, but where do they go? What is there purpose? They're leather and measure 8.5" x 12" high to top of buckle. So What Is It?
