Happy Monday! And Happy New Year! Escrow just closed on this 2 bedroom home in San Carlos. As we kick off 2021, we wanted to share a quick look back at 2020. It was a difficult year for many and I'm sure we're all ready for a fresh start. But despite, or maybe partly because, of the unusual circumstances of last year the real estate market did not slow down a bit. I had the opportunity to work with some amazing clients and helped them buy and sell 22 homes in the past year. We pride ourselves on being a family-run business and hope that our clients feel like part o...f the family when they work with us. With that in mind, our Whearley & Co. team grew with the addition of Vicki Glynn, a realtor with decades of experience (who also happens to be my mom). Our team worked with 14 sellers this year to get their homes ready for the market, managing projects from painting to landscaping to bathroom remodels to my wife, Natalie’s, signature staging installations. I also worked with 8 buyers to help them find their next home, whether they needed more space for a growing family or were looking to make a smart investment (or both!) In addition, we renovated an A-frame in Lake Tahoe and are working on a cottage tucked away in Emerald Hills. We are excited to offer our clients priority booking for these vacation rentals.
