Working on giving my body the love and attention it desperately needs! Becoming consistent with my daily yoga, cutting out the fast food, and eating cleaner! Microgreens are not only flavorful but nutrient dense! These are Pea Shoots in mine, sweet and nutty:)

I'm about a month behind at the farm since I tweaked my back at work like a rookie. One thing I can do is enjoy my friends little pig eating left over cherry tomatoes! We will get our NFT system up that can hold around 2k head of lettuce :)

Just finished soaking our OMRI approved coco grow plugs! These will be seeded with our lettuce mixes and grown in our hydro NFT system :) With all organic nurients feeling them, we are starting our first batch today so stay tuned for updates! We will offer restaurant and private sales /subscriptions!
