https://youtu.be/-lIHg_-bY6I Dr. Stephen Copen was arrested for illegally forcing UCLA students out of their apartments on the last day of their lease! Outrageous behavior by he and his wife. And not one word from the North Westwood Neighborhood Council on this! The WWNC voted against him having this boarding house in Westwood years ago, but he was supported by Westwood Forward. This is what a terrible landlord looks like!

Hi WWNC stakeholders! We received the resignation of Cyrus Baraghoush last week. Cyrus held one of our renter seats, and has been a wonderful, thoughtful, and active board member. We thank him profusely for his hard work and service to our community. This means that we have a renter seat open within our NC boundaries. Per our bylaws, we must allow 60 days to seat a new board member. ... If you are a renter in our boundaries and are interested in being considered for this board position, please send your candidacy information to: [email protected] Please include your name, contact information, and proof of your residency. In 60 days, at our December board meeting ( or January, if we have no quorum), we will hear from all applicants, and then the board will select from that pool. This position will serve for two more years. We look forward to hearing from interested renters!
