How was he better? Well for starters: 1)He knows how to listen. He does not force you into HIS program. Rather, he adapts to the client’s needs. He is patient, and provides answers to all questions promptly. 2)He teaches to other realtors! He does seminars to other realtors in how to do an open house. In my case, he brought in several of HIS colleagues to the open house, set up a special table with brochures, bottled water (with photos of my house on each!), and,..."
