Europe Woes and Fiscal Cliff send 10yr below the pivitol 1.67% mark post-election. Mortgage rates rally and pick up 50 basis pts of pricing. I think we're headed lower as Europe worsens and the 10yr re-enters into the 1.43-1.67 channel.

Election Day! Finally. Get out and Vote!

The ADP Employment Change predicted the economy added 158k jobs, pretty close to expectations, and Jobless Claims were a bit lower than forecast. MBS prices have moved a little lower this morning after a decent day yesterday.

Mortgage Backed Securitiies (bonds that determine your mortgage rates) have been trading at historic lows until this recently. But look at the last chart below. See any pattern?
