Corona virus, Covid-19 is at the forefront of everyones mind. But please, try not to freak out, and put your attention on self care and immune support. Get sun (vitamin D),. Eat fresh foods, low gluten, low dairy, no corn. Boost immune system with adaptogens like Ginseng, Ashwaganda, and cordyceps/maitake/reishi mushrooms. Detoxify - exercise, sweat, infrared sauna. Drink a TON of water - stay hydrated. Consider digestive enzymes or probiotics to help assimilate the nutrients... from your fresh whole foods.
