Reclaim your time - even a few minutes a day to refill your pitcher whether it be a walk around the block, a solo trip to a store, a few minutes of meditating, gardening or of extra sleep. Now available at Webster's "Modern Comfort Food" by Ina Garten aka The Barefoot Contessa. In this, her eleventh cookbook, she offers a new collection of recipes that are foolproof & comforting. Making a batch of her Arrabbiata Sauce is on our agenda this weekend. It will be the base of a yummy dinner of pasta, spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles. If we are lucky there might be a few leftovers too!
